            Egg korma with coconut cream

Egg recipes are available all over the world. Egg korma with coconut cream recipe is found largely in Bangladesh and some countries of the world. Egg is one of the most important protein diets all over the world. Egg is very nutritious food. So egg recipes are very common in the world. Eggs contain a lot of protein. Every body likes it. Egg recipes are delicious and nutritious. On the other hand, korma recipes are also very tasty. Every body likes it. Coconut is available all over the world. It is found in plenty in south Asia. Egg korma with coconut cream is a common recipe in Bangladesh and some parts in south Asia. It is hygienic. The cooking process of egg korma with coconut cream is not very difficult. It is very easy. The cooking process is given below;

Ingredients:
* Number of eggs: 8
* Sliced medium onion: 1
* Coconut cream: 200 grams
* Ginger paste (fresh) : 1 tablespoon
* Coriander powder: ½
* Cardamom: 1 pod 
* Cinnamon stick: 1”
* Bay leaf : 1
* Number of clove: 3
* Sliced green chillies: 2(optional)
* Sugar: 1 tablespoon
* Fried cumin: ½ (optional)
* Oil: 3 tablespoon
* Salt to taste

How to prepare:
i) At first we have to boil the egg with 1 teaspoon salt.
ii) Wait sometime to cool the eggs and peel the eggs. Cut 3-4 long slits on each egg.
iii) Put the pan on the oven and heat the pan on medium high and add the onion.
iv) Now fry the onion till it becomes soft. Add cinnamon, bay leaf, clove and cardamom.
v) After half minute later add ginger and coriander and cook the eggs till oil comes out.
vi) Add coconut cream and salt and cook it about three minutes.
vii) Add half cup of water and take it in the boiling point.
viii) Add the eggs and chillies. Now cook it two minutes under closed lid.
ix) Add sugar and cumin and stir it.
x) Let sugar melts and turn off the heat.
Serve Egg korma/Dimer korma with hot pilau/polao rice.
