It is a tasty recipe in Bangladesh, India & Pakistan. There are very kinds of Pickle recipes. They are very favorite to all kinds of people. Mango pickle recipe is one of them. It is delicious to eat. We can eat mango pickle with bread, snacks, rice, puri etc. Basically the main element of preparing mango pickle is green mangoes. When green mangoes appear in the market, people start making the pickles. More care should be taken as you want to keep it good for a long time. In Bangladesh, India and Pakistan mango pickle recipes are prepared for commercial purposes. It continues all the year round. It is easy to prepare. Everybody can prepare mango pickle recipe at  home. The process of preparing mango pickle recipe is given below;

Ingredients:

a. 3 green sour mangoes b. 1 table spoon Red chilli powder 

c.  2 table spoons salt 

d. 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 

e. 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds(methi) 

f. 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 

g.  1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida

  •  Ingredients must be dry.
  • Bake flippantly fenugreek seeds.
  • Break up the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds collectively to prepare powder.
Seasoning ingredients:
  •  2 tablespoons Oil  for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 
  •  1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • How to prepare:
Make Seasoning:
  1. At first you have to heat the oil
  2. Add Asafoetida, Turmeric powder & Mustard seeds
  3.  Cool fully before adding to pickle
Making Mango Pickle:
  1. Chop mangoes in your preferred size pieces
  2. Combine collectively mangoes, chilli powder, salt, and mustard powder, red fenugreek turmeric and asafetida.
  3. Mix the ingredients very well and fill in the waterless airtight bottle.
  4. Adjoin the cooled seasoning
  5. Shake the mixture daily with a waterless spoon once per day for about 10 days.

Mango Pickle is made to eat after about 10 days. But if you like to taste, you can eat it after 2 or 3 days.  That tastes will be good too. But it is very good to eat after a few days because taste will be better after a few days. Serve the mango pickle with any dish such as rice, bread, snacks, poori etc.
Tips: Need all mango pieces dip into mustard oil.
