Most of the people of the world like mashed vegetables. Pea bhorta is one of the important vegetarian recipes of the world. The vegetarians are very much fond of this kind of recipes.  Mashed recipes are many kinds and types. Pea bhorta is one of them. Vegetarian recipes are very suitable for our health. Pea bhorta contains a lot of protein. Pea Bhorta is very delicious recipe. Pea is grown in plenty all over the world. The cooking process of the recipe is cited below;

Ingredients:
*1/2 cup shelled peas
* 1 tablespoons sliced onion
* 1 green chilli
* 1/4 cup  coriander leaves
* 1 tablespoon mustard oil
* Salt to taste.

Directions:
1. In on teaspoon of oil fry the peas, onion and green chilli lightly. remove from the pan.
2. fry very lightly the coriander leaves in the same pan without adding oil.
3. grind the fried vegetables. Mix in salt and the rest of the oil.

Serve with fluffy boiled rice. Yields 2 servings.
