Kofta Curry


Most of the people are fond of curry recipes. Curry recipe is very useful to us. Curry recipe builds our body. Kofta Curry is a part and parcel of curry recipes. Fish is very suitable for kofta curry. Some ingredients are essential for preparing this recipe. The method is as follows;
Ingredients:
1 recipe fish Kofta,
½ cup finely chopped onion,
¼ teaspoon ground cumin,
¼ teaspoon ground coriander,
3 tablespoon cooking oil,
¼ teaspoon ground ginger,
¼ teaspoon ground garlic,
½ teaspoon ground turmeric,
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper,
3 green chillies,
2 tablespoons yogurt,
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves,
½ teaspoon sugar,
Salt to taste.
Method of Preparation:
1.      Heat the oil in frying pan. Fry the onion golden brown. Add the ground spices mixed in 1 cup of water; boil till oil begins to separate. Stir and fry for 1 minute. Add the yogurt, sugar, salt and 1-2cups of water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
2.      Add the koftas, green chillies and coriander leaves. Shake the pan to coat  koftas with gravy, cover and keep over low heat for a few minutes.
Serve hot with boiled rice, pullao, chapatti or parata. Make 4 servings.
