Special Coconut Naru
Coconut recipes are largely practiced in Bangladesh and some parts of India. Special Coconut Naru is one of them. It is very familiar recipe in Bangladesh. Not only Bangladesh but also in India, it is very delicious food. Cream of coconut is very delicious. In Bangladesh and some parts of India, It is used largely in the functions. So I am preparing this special coconut naru for the convenient of the people. Coconut grows in plenty in south Asia. So you can easily prepare this item. The process of preparing the Special Coconut Naru is as follows;
i) 1 cup grated coconut
ii) ¾ cup sugar
ii) ¼ cup kheer
iv) 1 teaspoon semolina
v) ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
vi) 1 tablespoon clarified butter/ghee
Method of preparation:
a. Fry semolina in ½ teaspoon clarified butter/ ghee and mix with kheer.
b. Prepare small balls with it and fry it with clarified butter/ ghee till
it becomes radiant brown.
c. Heat the pan on medium high and add grated coconut, cardamom and sugar.
e. Eliminate from heat and let it cool down slightly.
f. Stuff the kheer ball in coconut dough and prepare smooth ball by rolling
between palms.

air tight container or refrigerate
