Egg Dopeyaja
Egg recipes are very common all over the world. Most of the people choose recipes with eggs. Eggs are found all over the world. Egg contains a lot of protein. Egg recipes build help us to build up our body as well as mind. Various types of recipes are made from egg. Egg Dopeyaja is one of them. Egg Dopeyaja is not only delicious but also nutritious. Egg Dopeyaja is a spicy recipe. Some common spices are required to cook this egg recipes. Any one can prepare this recipe. Recipes with eggs are not difficult to prepare. The cooking precess of this recipe is as follows;
Ingredients:
8 eggs
2 cups sliced onion
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
6 green chillies
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/4 cooking oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Process:
* Boil the eggs for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Keep in boiled water for 20 minutes. Shell the eggs.
* Mix the turmeric and the ground chilli with the onion. Heat the onion with the frying pan. Fry the onion until transparent.
* Add 1 cup of water, green chillies and salt. Stir and cook till oil separates.
* Add the eggs, salt and the mint leaves. Stir and turn the eggs to bind with gravy. Keep over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Serve with fluffy boiled rice or chapatti. It makes 8 servings.
