Milk Casein (Chhana)

Milk casein is very delicious and nutritious food. Milk casein is one of the dairy products of the world. Casein is very powerful protein recipe. Milk casein helps us to build up our body. Milk is available all over he world. So it is easy to prepare Milk casein. Casein is found from milk. The method of preparation of this dairy product is very easy. Ingredients:
2 litres ( 9 cups ) fresh milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
or more if required

Preparation:
* Boil the milk once and turn off the burner.
* Add the lemon juice. After a few minutes when milk casein coagulates and separates fro whey, strain with cheesecloth, tie the cloth tightly to squeeze out whey.
* Keep it hanging for about 2 hours. Yields 1 up chhana (casein).
* Use chhana (casein) to make sweets like sandesh, rosogolla etc.
Serve chhana at breakfast. 4 servings.
