Fried Puffed Rice

The another name of Fried Puffed Rice is "Muri" in Bangla. Generally we eat Fried Puffed Rice recipe for breakfast as well as snacks. Puffed rice is a type of puffed grain made from rice; usually made by heating rice kernels under high pressure in the presence of steam, though the method of manufacture varies widely. We need rice recipe for our living. Some ingredients are necessary or preparing this recipe. The making process is as follows;
Ingredients:
* 2 tablespoons cooking oil,
* 2 tablespoons chopped onion,
* 1/4 teaspoon shredded ginger,
* 1/4 teaspoon chopped green chilli,
* 3 cups puffed rice,
* 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves or mint leaves
Salt to taste.

How to prepare:
1. In a deep frying pan, heat the oil and saute the onion.
2. Add the ginger and chilli.
3. Fry for 1 minute. Add the puffed rice and coriander leaves.
4. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Serve hot with tea or coffee.
