Cabbage Carrot Curry
We know that vegetable curry is one of the suitable curries of the world. Vegetable is very essential to our health. So vegetable curry recipe is very much needed for us. We have to eat such kind of recipe which helps us to build up our body. Cabbage carrot curry is one kind of vegetable curry recipe. Cabbage is found in plenty in Asia. Carrot is very useful for our body. Cabbage carrot curry recipe contains a lot of vitamins. The cooking process of this recipe is very easy. The preparation of this recipe is cited here;
4 cup
coarsely shredded cabbage,
½ cup
carrot cubes,
½ cup peas,
3 tomatoes
cut into cubes,
½ cup cooking
oil,
½ teaspoon
cumin seeds,
1 teaspoon
chilli powder,
1
tablespoon ground coriander,
½ teaspoon
sugar,
Salt to
taste.
Preparation:

Mix chilli, coriander and salt in half cup of water.
Heat oil in a saucepan. Put in cumin seeds, stir and quickly add the mixed
spices. Fry until the water dries up. Put cabbage, carrot and peas in the pan.
Stir, cover and cook over a moderate heat.

When vegetables are tendered, add tomatoes and keep
over a low heat till tomatoes soften. Add the sugar and stir lightly. Keep over
a low heat for about 3 minutes.
Serve hot with fluffy boiled rice or chapatti. Yields
6 servings.
