Chicken curry recipes are very popular all over the world. Various kinds of recipes can be made from chicken. Chicken jhal fraizy is one of them. Chicken jhal fraizy is a part and parcel of chicken curry recipe. I like this recipe very much. People of Asia are very fond of this recipe. Most of the people of the world appreciate chicken curry recipe. The cooking process of this recipe is as follows;
Ingredients:
1 × ½ kg (3 lb) chickens,
1 cup sliced onion,
2 teaspoons ginger paste,
1 teaspoon garlic paste,
1 teaspoon chilli powder,
½ cup oil,
4 cardamoms,
 3 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon,
¼ cup tomato catsup,
4-6 green chillies, pared,
                                                                                     Salt to taste.
Method of Preparation:
11. Skin and cut the chicken into 12 pieces. Heat the oil. Fry the onion until transparent.
d2. Add the chickens and rest of the ingredients except the green chillies and cats up. Stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Then cover and cook over medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes or until gravy has chickened.
d3. Add the green chillies and catsup, cover and keep over low heat for about 8 -10 minutes.

Serve hot with rice, pullao, chapatti or parata. 6 servings.
