Chicken Tikka
Chicken tikka recipe is very popular and delicious also. Generally we eat chicken tikka recipe as snacks or with pullao. Many recipes are prepared by chicken. We know that chicken is available all over the world. So everybody is known to chicken recipe. It is not very difficult to make chicken tikka recipe. The method of preparation is as follows;
Ingredients:
* 1×1kg ( 2 lb ) chicken,
* 2 cardamoms,
* 2 sticks 2.5 cm piece cinnamon,
* 3 cloves,
* 6 peppercorns,
* 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
* 1/4 teaspoon mace,
* 2 teaspoons ground ginger,
* 1 tablespoon sugar,
* 1 cup yogurt,
* 1/3 cup cooking oil,
Salt to taste.

Method of Preparation:
Step 01:
Roast the cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, nutmeg, and mace lightly over low heat and grind.
Step 02:
make four pieces of each chicken. Mix all ingredients with the chicken and let it stand for 5-6 hours.
Prepare charcoal heat.
Step 03: 
Thread chicken piece with a skewer. Broil over charcoal heat for 20-25 minutes turning the chicken pieces once or twice and basting it with the marinade. broil until the meat is tender.

Serve with parata or naan roti and salad. 8 servings.
