Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
* 1×1kg ( 2 lb ) chicken,
* 2 cardamoms,
* 3 cloves,
* 6 peppercorns,
* 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg,
* 1/4 teaspoon mace,
* 2 teaspoons ground ginger,
* 1 tablespoon sugar,
* 1 cup yogurt,
* 1/3 cup cooking oil,
Salt to taste.
Method of Preparation:
Step 01:
Roast the cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, peppercorns, nutmeg, and mace lightly over low heat and grind.
Step 02:
make four pieces of each chicken. Mix all ingredients with the chicken and let it stand for 5-6 hours.
Prepare charcoal heat.
Step 03:
Thread chicken piece with a skewer. Broil over charcoal heat for 20-25 minutes turning the chicken pieces once or twice and basting it with the marinade. broil until the meat is tender.
Serve with parata or naan roti and salad. 8 servings.
