Spiced Rezala is a part and parcel of curry recipes. Various types of recipes are made by mutton or lamb. Spiced Rezala is one of them. Mutton curry recipes are very delicious. Mutton is found easily in south Asia. It is very easy to prepare mutton curry recipes. Spiced Rezala is a common recipe in India. It is found  available in India. The cooking process of this recipe is as follows;
Ingredients:
1 kg ( 2 lb ) mutton or lamb,
1 tablespoon ground ginger,
1 teaspoon ground garlic,
1 cup finely chopped onion,
1 teaspoon ground turmeric,

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder,
1 teaspoon ground coriander,
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin,
1/2 cup natural yogurt,
1 bay leaf,
1/2 cup cooking oil,
1/2 teaspoon sugar,
10 green chillies,
1 tablespoon poppy seeds, paste,
Salt to taste.
Cooking process:
1. In a saucepan combine all the ingredients except the sugar, green chillies and poppy seed paste. Mix thoroughly. Put lid on, cook over a moderate heat for about 15 minutes.
2. lower the heat and then simmer for about one hour. Stir from time to time. Add sugar, salt and poppy seed paste.
3. Fry the meat stirring constantly till oil separates. Add the green chillies and 1-2 cups of hot water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve hot with fluffy boiled rice, pullao, luchi, chappati or parata. 6-8 servings.
