Wood-apple Sherbet
( Beler Sherbet) 
Wood-apple is one kind of fruit. It is found in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Srilanka and east Asia. Recipe for sherbet is very useful to our health. But if you want to prepare this recipe first you have to know how to make sherbet. Wood-apple sherbet is beneficial for the patients. You can eat wood-apple naturally or by preparing juice. It contains a lot of vitamins. It refreshes our body as well as mind. The preparation is as follows;
Ingredients:
1 ripe wood-apple
3-4  cup cold water
1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk or yogurt






Preparation:
1. Break wood-apple. Remove seeds with gum.
2. Soak the pulp in 2 cups of water.
3. Rub through a strainer.
4. Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 2 cups of water.
5. Mix with the strained fruit.
6. Beat yogurt. Mix in the fruit.
7. Add more water and sugar according to the size of wood-apple.

Serve chilled. 4 servings.
