Tomato Chicken Curry

Some ingredients are essential for cooking this recipe. The cooking process is as follows;
Ingredients:
1× 1.5 kg (3 lb) chicken,
¼
cup finely chopped onion,

tomatoes, roughly chopped,
1
teaspoon garlic paste,
1
teaspoon ground turmeric,
3
green chillies, chopped,
1
teaspoon cumin seeds,
2
tablespoons sliced onion,
2
tablespoons coriander leaves,
½
cup oil.
Salt
to taste,
Directions:
Step
01:
Remove
skin and cut the chicken into 12 pieces ( 4 pieces thigh plus drumstick and 6
pieces of breast). Taking out the meat and discard the bones. Make 2.5 cm (1”)
cubes of the meat.
Step
02:
Combine
meat, chopped onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, turmeric, green chillies and
salt in a bowl. Mix them well.
Step
03:
Heat
the oil in a frying pan. Put in the cumin, stir, add the sliced onion and fry
till golden brown. Add the mixed chicken and stir fry. When the water has gone,
add the chopped coriander leaves. Remove from heat.
Serve
hot with boiled rice, khichuri, pullao, chapatti
or parata. 6-8 servings.
